Tool # 1: TodaysMeet.com (interactive, temporary chat rooms)
Have questions? Throughout the PD today, you can chat with each other on TodaysMeet. We have established a temporary chat room that will host any side conversation, questions, and comments. We hope that you will keep it on task, but if it is off task please at least make it highly entertaining. Tool # 3: Lino (advanced online cork board)
While similar to Padlet, Lino allows for more advanced features, such as tagging by topic and color coding. |
Tool # 2: Padlet.com (online corkboard)
We used a Padlet to post our results from the Amazing Race team building activity. Padlets are highly customizable, allowing you to change background images, page set up, and customize your URL. Tool #4: Weebly (drag and drop website creation)
Want to build a website for your classroom? Would your students enjoy web design as an option for publishing projects? With Weebly you can create websites using an easy drag and drop format. You can also create up to 40 free student accounts (additional accounts available for a cost). |
